March 24, 2006: Message from National President: DVPs & Branch Presidents. The purpose of this message is to clarify what is happening with respect to the written copies of our new collective agreement. We are still working with the Corporation to ensure the language is correct in the English version and have not yet begun to revise the French version.Once we have agreed that the language is correct, it will be sent to the printers, who will prepare draft versions for each side to review and approve.  After that the books will be printed and distributed.  We are not in a position to establish an expected delivery time until we have sent the material to the printer.  Once we have the language ready for the printers, we will be posting electronic versions on the web site.  We will proceed as quickly as we can with this task, however we believe that implementation of the agreement has more priority at the moment.  fraternally, John
